We were quite
impressed with the house, and the best part of our trip was how
private the beach was. Best powder white sand and crystal clear
water in the U.S.

The house was
wonderful...roomy, well-equipped, and fabulous large screened in
porch. We could see and hear the ocean, and it was just a short walk
to the beach. Plus, Gulf Trace is quiet even during spring break,
and yet Grayton and Seaside are easy to reach-the former on foot via
the beach and both via bike...my kids went every day while the mom's
stayed on the quieter Gulf Trace beach. Ate at Gravel Road (2-3
miles east of Seaside on 30-A) best undiscovered fresh food around.

Great place to
spend a week ... Clean, well laid out, nicely furnished and very
close to the beach ... Exactly what I wanted - a peaceful, laid
back, "Old Florida" atmosphere. One of the best gulf coast
house rentals out there!

My husband and I
were looking for a beach house where the my kids and grand children
could come, Broad Reach was the perfect home. The kids enjoyed the
pool, & short walk to the gorgeous beach. The adults enjoyed the
privacy of the two "master" bedrooms while the kids had their own
space. The living areas are perfect and the screened porch was
enjoyable in the evening. We also enjoyed its close proximity to
dining, shopping and of course, the grocery store. Broad Reach has
it all. We plan to make Broad Reach a family tradition.

My wife and I
were very pleased with our stay at Broad Reach. The house is clean
and very close to the beach. Our kids enjoyed their own rooms, while
we enjoyed a rather large master bedroom. You will not find a better
deal in this quaint beachfront community!
